CAN I PURCHASE ARABELLA SWIM IN STORE?
ArabellaSwim is based exclusively online. We love that you can do your shopping online from the comfort of your own home and your items will be conveniently delivered to your front door.
HOW DO I PICK A SIZE?
We recommend taking a size up for a comfy fit.
Small fits A Cup or size 0-2
Medium fits B Cup or size 4 - 6
Large fits C Cup or size 6-8
I JUST PLACED MY ORDER. CAN I ADD ANOTHER ITEM TO IT?
Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the additional item.
I PICKED THE WRONG SIZE/COLOR, WHAT CAN I DO?
We can adjust your order as long as it is within the 24 hours after placement.
We cannot adjust size/color after 24 hours, customers are held responsible for picking their size/color of their bikini.

I NEED TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS, WHAT CAN I DO?
We are able to adjust shipping addresses within 12 hours of order placement.
We cannot adjust addresses after 12 hours, customers are held responsible for choosing their address.

Please ensure all of your shipping details are 100% correct before placing the order.
WHERE IS MY ORDER? WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED IT YET?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped that contains your tracking information. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder, as it may have been received there.
Please be advised, it may take 2-8 business days to receive a shipping confirmation. Once shipped, orders may take 2-3 weeks to deliver. The tracking number may be shown as "Not Found" until it clears customs and enters the United States.
We are not responsible for delays/USPS System Delays.

All of our orders are processed Monday to Friday and are shipped within 2-5 Business days of purchase. If a promotional order was purchased, that time can extend up to 8 business days due to high volume. Orders are not processed on weekends (Sat/Sun).

If a faulty product was received, you have 48 hours to email email@example.com to report the damaged item. If the damaged item is not reported within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery, it will not be eligible for any credit, the policy is strictly enforced. Please see our return policy for more details.
WHY IS MY TRACKING NUMBER NOT SHOWING ANY UPDATES?
Please allow time for your order to be processed by Arabella Swim, despatched and processed through your countries customs department before you can expect to see tracking updates.
